Frigibax Evolution, Stats, Location: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Deep in the caves of the Paldea region, you’ll find Frigibax in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Frigibax was one new generation nine Pokémon introduced into the franchise during the game’s release on Nov. 18. Though Ice Fin Pokémon might start out small, it turns into one of the few Pseudo-Legendaries of this generation.
Frigibax Evolution: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Starting out as a meager ice gremlin, when fully evolved, Frigibax turns into a mighty ice dragon, a Pokémon with some of the strongest stats in the game.
Before that, Frigibax starts its transformation by evolving into Arctibax at level 30. From there trainers will need to train Arctibax until level 54 to get Baxcalibur, its final form.
In all points of its evolutionary line, Frigibax is an Ice and Dragon-type, rendering it vulnerable to Fighting, Rock, Dragon, Steel, and Fairy-type moves and resistant to Water, Grass, and Electric-type moves.
Frigibax Stats: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Frigibax’s base stats are 65 HP, 75 ATK, 45 DEF, 35 SP. ATK, 45 SP. DEF, and 55 SPD.
Though this might not seem impressive for a Pseudo-Legendary, when evolved, it has the potential to be one of generation nine’s most powerful Pokémon.
Frigibax Location: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
For Pseudo-Legendaries, trainers typically have to wait until to complete the main story to catch them. However, if you know where to look, there is a way to take advantage of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s open world mechanic and get Frigibax sooner.
Frigibax is normally found roaming the Glaseasdo Mountain and the North Province snowy area. Trainers are also able to encounter Frigibax through Tera Raids and Mass Outbreaks.
