After beating the main storylines in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, players can attempt to catch the Paradox Pokémon. These are just a few of the many newly introduced Pokémon found in the Paldea region. One of these Paradox Pokémon is Iron Hands. Here is all you need to know about them before setting out to hunt them down.

Iron Hands Evolution: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

All the Paradox Pokémon are some of the rarest to find in the games. Some may be bummed to learn that none of the Paradox Pokémon have an evolutionary line. The Iron Hands you encounter will be the Iron Hands you are stuck with for now. These Paradox Pokémon could lack evolutionary lines since they appear to be ancient or futuristic versions of older Pokémon. Iron Hands for instance looks similar to the generation three Pokémon Hariyama.

Iron Hands Stats: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Iron Hands is a Fighting and Electric-type Pokémon. As one of the rare Paradox Pokémon meant to be caught in the post-game, it will have high base stats.

  • HP - 154
  • Attack - 140
  • Defense - 108
  • Special Attack - 50
  • Special Defense - 68
  • Speed - 50

Iron Hands also has the special ability Quark Drive. If the battle is on an electric terrain or if Iron Hands is holding an Energy Booster, their highest stat will increase by 30 percent. If the Speed stat is Iron Hands' highest then it will see an increase of 50 percent from Quark Drive.

Iron Hands Location: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

The Paradox Pokémon can be caught after clearing all three main storylines in the game. Iron Hands is one of the Paradox Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Violet. They can be found around Research Stations 1,2, or 3 in the Great Crater.
