When is the Modern Warfare 3 Reveal Event?

After days of rumors and leaks, Activision has confirmed when the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event will take place.

Call of Duty 2023 is set to be Modern Warfare 3, developed by Sledgehammer Games. According to recent leaks, the game will bring back a lot of features the community has begged for throughout the past year. Red dots will once again be on a classic minimap, and the Ninja Perk is reportedly making its return.

Despite the leaks, there has not been a proper date for when Call of Duty will officially reveal the next title and its corresponding features until now.

When is the Modern Warfare 3 Reveal Event?

The Modern Warfare 3 reveal event will take place in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Season 5. The new season is expected to launch on Wednesday, Aug. 9. Details surrounding the Call of Duty 2023 reveal event will first be announced in the Season 5 roadmap.

The Call of Duty Twitter revealed, "Look for the first details about the [REDACTED] Reveal Event in the Season 05 Announcement and additional MWII carry forward details soon."

The event is set to occur in Warzone or MW2 to reveal more intel about the title, including the complexities of how weapons, Operators, and Bundles will carry over into the new game. New season roadmaps always drop about a week before the update, so expect more information in the first week of August 2023.
